Common reasons to contact Johco
Select the closest request type in the form. A product or support question does not need to be combined with a legal or privacy request.
Product question
Ask about a current add-in function, its inputs and outputs, or a stated plan limit.
Account or billing
Ask about access, usage, plan limits, cancellation, invoices, payment, or refunds. Checkout is not currently active.
Technical support
Report an add-in, manifest, API, parsing, output, installation, or account issue. Remove API keys before sending screenshots or logs.
Privacy and data
Request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to the applicable policy and verification process.
Security
Report a suspected vulnerability or credential exposure without including exploit data or personal information that is not necessary to describe the issue.
